The cast aluminium end boxes of the cooler have been optimized by flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure.
Components for extreme performance! The EVO3 kit was developed specifically for the requirements of the large tuning stages on the BMW M135i and M235i. The original click connections have been eliminated and the connection diameters at the inlet have been increased to Ø65mm and at the outlet to Ø76mm. The kit includes two reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charge air pipe in Ø76mm. The result: optimum cooling of the supercharged air and a significant increase in performance!
High-quality design for a long service life! Our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating that also has excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees a long-lasting and optimum cooling effect with a noticeable increase in performance. The kit is completely ready to install and includes a modified crossbar. Simple replacement with standard parts is possible, although minor adjustments to the radiator support are necessary due to the extreme size.
